Most recruiters typically recruit for several job assignments at a given time. Not knowing if they are going to get paid on any of them, the typical approach is to fire off resumes to all their clients and hope one sticks. Speed is their game. Our model to ensure both the us and the client are getting value on both sides of the agreement.
3) What is the Top-Notch Talent Management guarantee?
In the event that the employee leaves the client within the first ninety (90) days from hire, for any reason other than company lay-off, Top Notch Talent will find a suitable replacement free of additional charge. If the employee leaves between ninety (90) and one-hundred eighty (180) days from hire, for any reason other than company lay-off, Top Notch Talent will find a suitable replacement at a 50% charge. If the employee leaves between one-hundred eighty (180) and three-hundred sixty-five (365) days from hire, for any reason other than company lay-off, Top Notch Talent will find a suitable replacement at a 75% charge.
